Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the company you chose when you placed your order. When you have chosen your products, and before making your payment, you will be able to choose the shipping company you want and you will be informed of the cost and delivery time.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 15 calendar days from the day you receive the products. To do this you must notify us in writing by sending an email to indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase.

As soon as we receive your e-mail, we will inform you, by e-mail, of the process to follow.
In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to redondashop we will collect the products and/or exchange them for the correct one and we will bear the costs associated with this return and/or exchange.

After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items to check that they are in perfect condition and process your refund. The money will be refunded by the same payment method you used during the purchase.

In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to redondashop (whether due to a change of opinion, error when making the purchase or improper handling by the customer) must be the one who is responsible for sending the products without undue delay and, in any case within a maximum period of 15 calendar days after receipt of the products and will be the customer who will cover the cost of return shipping.
